I want you to imagine your state of wellness as a bucket

There are various things that take from our bucket, such as our partner, parents, friends, work, kids

Now we don’t want to banish these things from our life tempting as it may be at times!

But if you don’t use self-care to refill your bucket its will soon be empty right?

You simply won’t have anything left to give others even if you want to.

Self-care is not selfish, it’s necessary, its how we find balance

Self-care is how we take our power back!

This is the thing I neglected most in my life and why I believe I reached Burnout!

It’s time to take our lives back!

Our wellness directly affects our families!  They deserve better than the tired cranky mum or wife they get when we aren’t coping so well and our bucket is empty

We all need to earn a living, I for one haven’t won the lottery, but what I can tell you is I can teach you a few tools today to put in your self-care toolbox. If you make it a regular routine , and commit to it will increase your level of peace and  happiness I promise you that.

It lets you be the best version of yourself, and gives you the best chance to cope with challenges that come your way
