Self-care Workshop 2 - Emotions & Boundaries for your soul

There are different types of boundaries, from physical boundaries to emotional boundaries, and there are also different levels of boundaries, from loose to rigid, with healthy boundaries falling somewhere in between.
Healthy boundaries are crucial for your mental well-being
This workshop will focus on self-care and the importance of boundaries . For example, in work or in our personal relationships, poor boundaries lead to resentment, anger, and burnout. Without healthy boundaries we can find ourselves spending time in ways that are just not a priority to us.
Setting good personal boundaries is critical to creating healthy relationships, increasing self- esteem and reducing stress, anxiety and depression. Boundaries protect your personal self by setting a clear line between what is me and what is not me.
You will make a commitment to yourself to make sure your needs , goals and feelings are also met! Setting clear personal boundaries is the key to ensuring relationships are mutually respectful, supportive and caring. Weak boundaries leave you vulnerable and likely to be taken for granted or even damaged by others.
You will examine your personal values, by doing this you can assess whether you are living in alignment with your values. If not, what needs to change....
If you have a habit of doing any of the following then this workshop is for you; trying to fix others, trying to save or rescue others, needing to be needed, changing yourself to be liked, depending on others approval and taking responsibility for the outcomes of other people's choices.
Workshop will include activities, breathing techniques, knowing your core values and much more.
