Why Soulful Self-Care?

Soulful Self-care was born after I hit burnout in my nursing role. It made me realise that we often get so caught up in other things and rarely stop to do what we love. For those of us in high-stress jobs, who are mothers, fathers or caregivers, we habitually put others above ourselves.

I am passionate about giving people the tools and techniques required to put self-care first.

My workshops, retreats and online space aim to create a community of support for those of you who feel like you’re struggling alone. You will unlock your full potential and soothe your soul using tools such as breathwork, meditation and life coaching skills.

I will be running workshops in small groups to ensure an authentic outcome and am also available for conferences or staff education sessions.

Are you feeling burnt out? Don't worry you are not alone! We are all a work in progress, me included.

I am also flexible in arranging group sessions for staff cohorts, volunteer groups or clubs/societies.
